Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where stated, our services. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Asionis Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Using this website
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that damages or impairs its availability.
Information on the site
Content is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current, and it is not professional advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision without speaking to us first.
Services
Services are supplied under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and acceptance. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule and any expenses are set out in the engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. We may charge statutory interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Intellectual property
Content on this website — text, design, graphics and code — belongs to us or our licensors. For client work, intellectual property in bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on completion and full payment, except for our pre-existing materials and any third-party or open-source components, which are licensed rather than assigned. The engagement agreement sets this out in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in the engagement agreement.
Third-party links
Where we link to other websites we do so for information only. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
