- Our printer says the file is wrong. Can you fix it?
- Usually. Typical problems are missing bleed, images in the wrong colour space and fonts that were never embedded. Send the printer's specification along with the files and it is normally a quick correction rather than a redraw.
- Can we edit the files ourselves afterwards?
- You get the editable source as well as print-ready output, so yes — with the caveat that editing print artwork without understanding bleed and colour is how the next reprint happens.
- Do you handle the printing?
- We can manage it through trade printers, or supply artwork to yours. Where you have a printer you trust, keeping that relationship is usually better value than routing it through us.
